3.4 You confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to use the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction.
3.5 u786 does not accept registrations from players located in Restricted Jurisdictions as defined by our licensing framework. u786 reserves the right to update the list of Restricted Jurisdictions at any time.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) u786 Account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. u786 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to have created multiple accounts, forfeiting any remaining balances in those accounts subject to the Player's right to dispute such forfeiture in accordance with Clause 14.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. u786 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 You must notify u786 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or breach of security. u786 support is available 24/7 via live chat for such notifications.
4.5 u786 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, including requesting additional documentation as part of our KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension pending further review.
5.1 u786 accepts deposits via the following payment methods currently supported on the Platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at u786's discretion. Players should refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for the current list.
5.2 All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR deposits made through supported Pakistani payment methods.
5.3 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your u786 Account originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity. Any deposits suspected to originate from criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit in the Cashier. u786 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
5.5 u786 does not extend credit to Players. Only pre-deposited funds and awarded bonuses may be used for wagering on the Platform.
5.6 Chargeback requests or payment reversals initiated by a Player without prior authorisation from u786 constitute a material breach of these Terms. u786 reserves the right to suspend the Account and pursue recovery of any funds reversed without authorisation.
6.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. u786 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal documentation in cases where the original payment method is unavailable.
6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. u786 will not process withdrawals from unverified Accounts. Players are encouraged to complete verification as soon as possible after registration to avoid delays.
6.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are detailed in the Cashier section of the Platform. u786 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

6.5 Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempts to withdraw prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

11.3 u786's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit u786's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 u786 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. All registered Players have access to the following tools directly from their Account settings:
12.2 Once a self-exclusion is activated, u786 will make every reasonable effort to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the Platform during the exclusion period. 13.2 Upon closure of an Account by u786 for a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account — net of any outstanding bonus liabilities or fraud-related losses — will be returned to the Player via their most recent verified payment method, subject to completed KYC requirements. Bonus Funds shall be forfeited upon closure for breach.
